SMS Communications — Idaho Employment & Training Program

These Terms of Service govern your receipt of SMS messages from Community Connect Labs (“CCL”) on behalf of the Idaho Employment & Training (E&T) program administered by the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare (“Program”). By replying START to opt in, you agree to these terms.

 

1. Program Description

CCL operates the Idaho Employment & Training program, which sends SMS messages to SNAP and TANF participants to support compliance with work requirements. Messages may include:

  • Program enrollment reminders
  • Appointment scheduling and rescheduling notifications
  • Participation deadline and compliance notices
  • Weekly hours-reporting prompts
  • Case manager follow-up and at-risk outreach

 

2. Consent and Opt-In

You provide consent to receive SMS messages from this program by replying START to the initial welcome message sent to your mobile number. Consent is voluntary. Refusing to opt in will not affect your program eligibility or benefits.

 

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your participation status and program activity. Participants may receive up to 4–8 messages per month. Messages are sent during normal business hours in your local time zone.

 

4. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. CCL does not charge for program messages. Contact your mobile carrier for details on your messaging plan.

 

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To re-enroll, reply START at any time.

For help, reply HELP to any message or contact your case manager directly.

 

6. Supported Carriers

This program is supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and regional carriers. Carrier support may vary.

 

7. Language Support

Spanish-language support is available. Reply ESP to any message to receive communications in Spanish. Reply ENG to return to English.

 

8. Privacy

Your mobile number and message content are used solely to deliver program-related communications on behalf of the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare. CCL does not sell or share your mobile number or personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

CCL reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
