We collect the mobile phone number and any message content voluntarily submitted by participants (CCL staff, prospects, or client stakeholders) who are enrolled in a specific test or demonstration session.

How We Use Information

Information collected through this short code is used exclusively to conduct the relevant internal test or client demonstration, including sending and receiving SMS messages as part of that session. It is not used for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to the test or demonstration for which it was collected.

Data Retention

Data collected through this program is retained only as long as necessary to support the relevant testing or demonstration activity, after which it is deleted or anonymized in accordance with CCL’s internal data retention practices.

Text Messaging Opt-In Data — Special Provision

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

This provision applies specifically to consent and opt-in data obtained through this SMS short code program and does not alter or limit any other data handling terms described elsewhere in this policy or in other CCL agreements.

Information Sharing

Except as described above, we do not sell, rent, or share participant information with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
