Bringing government and industry together to network and share experiences is one of the best ways to learn from each other. Having a network of like-minded people allows you to have someone to call, email or chat with to discuss ideas and get feedback. One of the best ways to connect government and industry is through events such as conferences, summits or award programs.
Over the past several years, federal agencies have made it a priority to improve the experience the government delivers to its customers. Through the Government Customer Experience (GovCX) Policy Framework, the government has increased its momentum on transforming federal services.
On December 13, 2021, President Biden also made the delivery of excellent, equitable and secure federal services a priority through Executive Order 14058, “Transforming Federal Customer Experience and Service Delivery to Rebuild Trust in Government.”
